Cancellations made 24 hours before the rental start date are eligible for a full refund.

• More than 24 Hours before rental start: Full refund
• Within 24 Hours of Start Time: 50% refund of total trip cost
• No Show / Last-Minute Cancellations: No refund unless due to verified emergency (subject to management review)
